CPD Accredited Modules
Rosemont has developed a series of CPD modules to support Healthcare Professionals gain a better understanding of dysphagia and swallowing difficulties and the impact it can have for patients. Each module is self-study and provides 2 hours of CPD.
Module 1: Swallowing difficulties & liquid medicines
The module addresses issues around the medication management of patients who are unable to swallow solid dose medication.
Module 2: Swallowing difficulties & epilepsy
The module considers how swallowing difficulties can be associated with epilepsy and highlights some of the patient groups more likely to have epilepsy, who may be at risk.
Module 3: Swallowing difficulties & mental health
The module illustrates how swallowing difficulties can be an important factor in the treatment of many mental health patients.
Module 4: Enteral administration & oral liquid medicines
The module highlights some of the issues and complications arising from administering medicines to patients with enteral feeding tubes.
