QC Packaging Technician (Part time)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• The technician should have analytical and data documentation skills in physical inspection of primary and secondary packaging components, utilizing in-house instructions, instrumentation and software.
• The technician will perform pre-collation and reconciliation of labels for the production team, utilizing SAP system.
• The technician should always ensure GMP/data integrity principles are followed at all times.
• The technician once fully trained should have the skills to perform basic artwork origination tasks and support PCPAP activities.
• To communicate instantly any Quality events via QC reporting lines.
• Respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of your individual workstation and ensure a standard of good housekeeping in all areas of the Company.
• Provide flexibility if required when requested to work outside of normal working hours.
• Ensure behaviours follow company policies and departmental expectations
Competencies
• Ideal candidates should have some experience of using IT systems, be comfortable with the use of Microsoft office packages, be an excellent communicator and team player.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate the willingness to develop within QC packaging as a long-term successor.
Knowledge and Experience
• Additional Information – Transferable skills gained within other industry that demonstrates keen attention to detail and ability to follow processes as-defined is desirable.
