Howard has 35 years’ experience in multiple, international, general management, sales and marketing roles for prescription pharmaceuticals- both branded and generics, OTC medicines, pharmacy and pet care industries, including P&G, TEVA, Sandoz and Perrigo.

Tim has over 25 years’ experience in CFO/FD roles in both UK and international firms with sales of up to £600m. Tim has a strong record in achieving profitable growth, driving business performance and of managing finance, legal and IT functions.

Ed has 30 years’ post-doctoral experience of pharmaceuticals development from candidate nomination stage through to commercialisation. Held various positions at Teva, including positions at Amicus Therapeutics and AstraZeneca.

A strategic HR leader, Michelle has significant executive-level experience in multi-site PE, private, and listed businesses in multiple sectors. She is skilled at aligning the people and business strategies, driving engagement, culture change, and business transformation, including M&A transitions.

John has 30 years’ experience building pharma organisations’ strategy and operations; launching new products and markets. He has strong experience and proven success in the US.

Neil has over 30 years pharmaceutical industry experience in multiple senior leadership roles across branded Pharmaceuticals, branded generics, generics and medical devices, covering a wide range of therapeutic areas including Rare Disease, Gene therapy, Oncology, Cardiovascular and CNS.

Jacki has 30 years’ pharmaceutical experience across operations, programme and quality management. She is experienced in development and transfer of investigational products through to commercialization.

Iain has 36 years’ experience in prescription pharmaceuticals, supplying to both UK and global markets leading multiple operational teams of up to 70 personnel. Iain is a registered Responsible Person (RP) specialising in Production, Logistics, Controlled Drug Management, Supply Chain, Customer Services, Health & Safety and Site Management.

Simon’s pharmaceutical career spans more than 20 years, with extensive experience in business development, portfolio management and commercialisation. Simon is also a board member and non-exec director at fellow Inflexion-backed CNX Therapeutics.
